Free seaweed cooking class spaces available to IINH current and past students

We’re giving away some spaces on the Seaweed cooking classes with Maggie and Dr Prannie Rhattigan on Saturday November 12.

Prannie is Ireland’s leading seaweed expert and author of the Irish Seaweed Kitchen Cookbook, with another book due for release next year. The use of seaweed in the kitchen is very much a growing trend and this day will help to give participants a head start. So all in all an incredibly useful and tasty learning experience for anyone.

Further details of the day can be found on the Seaweed cooking page.

Space in the Taste Health Kitchen is limited and with this day being totally free to IINH current and past students (regular price is €130), we do expect a lot of interest.

If you are interested in joining, please anita@iinh.net. Closing date is midnight on Monday Oct 31. We’ll mail everyone individually next week to let you know if we can accommodate you.

You will also be shown the means to assess neurotransmitter status by both symptomatic questionnaires as well as a newly available accurate lab test.

Then you will be shown how to support a balanced neurotransmitter status (both with and without the use of the lab test), as well as how to support the blood brain barrier, with specific nutritional therapy intervention.
