Nutrition & Health Coaching Co-ordinator

Maria works at IINH as Course Co-ordinator for the Nutrition and Health Coaching course, supporting students during their studies and as a mentor. She qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2011 and has run a private practice with clinics in Dublin and Wicklow. She is also a trained Life Coach.

With a BSc degree in Food Science and Technology and over 17 years working in the food industry, Maria’s love of food and nutrition led her to train with IINH as a Nutritional Therapist. She knows from personal and professional experience the benefits of good food, nutrition and lifestyle habits on improving health and having a better quality of life.
