Laura Naughton qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2017. Prior to this, she earned a BA (Hons) in Social Science from UCD and worked in various management positions over a 15-year career with Multinational companies. As a mum of 3, Laura has a keen interest in the benefits of healthy food and nutrition and it’s positive impact on health for all ages.
