As a Nutritional Therapist, Julia has been involved in the health and wellness sector for over 12 years. She teaches nutrition, health and wellbeing for IINH and is the Programme Director for the Nutritional Therapy Programme. She is also a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher.
Prior to this, she enjoyed a job as a Senior Manager for a large Health and Beauty Retailer for 11 years. Her change in career stemmed from the desire to explore healthier ways to manage the increasing demands and pressures of work and family life Julia now advocates and teaches the positive impacts of good quality nutrition and the benefits of regular mindfulness and self-compassion practice.
