Helen Cassidy

Lecturer for Coaching & NT Programme

Helen Cassidy qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2011 and operates a private practice in South Dublin.  She has worked with numerous private clients and corporate customers, either on a one to one basis, or as a group, extolling and demonstrating how nutritious food can promote health. She is also a member of the Thyroid Nutrition Ireland team, a group specialising in supporting clients with thyroid conditions.

Prior to qualifying as an NT, she earned a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Languages from DCU and worked in various management positions over a 15-year career with a large Irish financial institution.

On the back of her own health challenges, Helen has direct experience of the impact of nutrition on the body and has seen first hand, through her work with clients, how even small changes can make a huge difference. Helen lectures on a number of topics within the IINH, as well as setting and marking assignments and supervising student clinics. Her areas of clinical expertise include female hormonal support, thyroid health, digestive support and family nutrition.
