As an elite cyclist racing in the UK and Europe at UCI level, Ellen McDermott has experienced the pressures and expectations dedicated athletes put on themselves. Throughout her racing career she has been on podiums all over the UK, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Ellen has an Advanced Diploma in Performance Nutrition and Masters in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition.

She has worked with World medallist ultra-runners, UCI cyclists, Ironman triathletes and amateur athletes of all ages both male and female. She combines the practical knowledge of worldwide racing with the science of performance nutrition to get the very best performance from her clients.
