Eavan Fitzsimons

Lecturer on Coaching Programme, Nutrition & Health Coach

Eavan Fitzsimons is a Nutrition and Health Coach. Eavan qualified with the IINH in 2020. She established her own online business (www.nourishme.ie) in 2020. Nourish Me offers both in-person consultations and virtual appointments online. Eavan also provides interactive, online and onsite workshops on all aspects of Nutrition and Health to Local and National Bodies.

Eavan has a particular interest in digestive issues having been diagnosed as a Coeliac at an early age.

Eavan worked as a Swimming Performance Coach to the Scottish National Swimming Squad preparing Elite Athletes for International Competitions. Her experience, over a 10 year period included coaching as part of the University of Aberdeen Performance Swimming Squad and as Head Coach to a successful Scottish Competitive Swimming Club.

Working with and coaching Elite Athletes at Regional, National and International Level allowed Eavan pursue her long held interest in nutrition, performance and diet.

Prior to becoming a Swimming Performance Coach Eavan worked in the financial sector.
