I am a medical doctor who has walked this path myself, combining medical insight with evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and transformational coaching. My approach is grounded not only in knowledge but in lived experience, allowing me to support clients in a way that is both practical and deeply personal.
When we work together, I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you feel seen, heard, and never judged. I create personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans tailored to your health and wellbeing goals, preferences, and circumstances, thoughtfully integrating any medical conditions, symptoms, or medications into the recommendations. My focus is holistic, addressing the key pillars of health including nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and mindset, while transformational coaching helps you shift unhelpful habits, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change. I offer consistent support and accountability through weekly check-ins, along with two-way communication between sessions via WhatsApp and email.
