About Judit L. Juhász
My name is Judit L. Juhász. I’m an internationally recognised Health Coach, originally from Hungary and now based in Castlebar, Co Mayo. I work with clients across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, offering support in both English and Hungarian.
My journey into health coaching began with my own personal health challenges. Through that experience, I developed a deep passion for holistic wellbeing and a strong desire to help others feel better in their own bodies and lives. Studying nutrition and health coaching gave me the knowledge and confidence to turn that passion into a meaningful new career.
This new path has allowed me to combine my analytical thinking with a more compassionate, people-focused approach. I support clients in making realistic and sustainable changes, whether that’s through stress and weight management, hormonal balance, or simply helping them feel more like themselves again.
It’s incredibly rewarding to see the difference small changes can make. I love walking alongside my clients as they build healthier habits and regain their energy, confidence and joy in everyday life.
What course are you doing with IINH and why did you choose it?
I recently graduated from IINH with a Diploma in Nutrition and Health Coaching. What’s been your favourite part of the course so far?
I’ve especially enjoyed the coaching modules, which taught me the power of empathy, listening, and motivation in supporting lasting lifestyle change. I also loved the live tutorials and connecting with tutors and peers. Through my learning at IINH, I came to fully appreciate how important healthy eating and balanced living are. I understood how stress can impact life and what natural changes can support healing without medication. After years of struggling with age-related health issues, I finally understood their root causes. By making intentional changes, I restored my health and my sense of self. This journey now inspires me to help others find their way back to vibrant health.
What would you say to someone thinking about studying with IINH?
Do not hesitate for a minute because its worth every penny and the knowledge that we get is unbelievable. It changes lives.
How have you seen your work positively impact others?
At the start, many of my clients are sceptical. Some even expect a quick “magic fix,” and it can be really challenging for them to step out of their comfort zone and make lasting changes. But once they give it a try, even just a little, I see their motivation grow. Usually, within a few days or a week, they start to feel the positive effects, which sparks their curiosity about what other changes might come next.
Most of the time, my clients become happier and learn to prioritise themselves and their health. Some have even been able to reduce or stop medication, like for migraines, once they understood the root causes. It’s such an amazing journey to be part of, and incredibly rewarding to work together and celebrate those achievements.
Tell us something surprising about yourself!
Outside of work, I love spending time in nature — hiking and horse riding help me recharge and stay grounded. I also enjoy reading and relaxing with friends and family whenever I can. These simple joys are an important part of the balanced lifestyle I aim to share with my clients.
