Having spent years working in the corporate world, I know first-hand what it feels like to wake up exhausted, struggle with routines on the road, and push your own health to the bottom of the list. That experience is what led me to study nutrition and health coaching, and I still work across both worlds today.
My coaching focuses on helping busy professionals restore their energy, improve digestion, manage weight, and build simple habits that hold up in real working life. I combine evidence-based nutrition with practical stress management and habit design, so that the changes we make together actually stick, not just on good weeks, but on the hard ones too.
