Nikki Wan

After over a decade in the music industry I faced a number of my own health challenges which led me to take control of my own health by looking at what I was putting in my body. I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist which allows me to combine my two passions in life: food and helping people.
My main focus is on Women’s Health. I support women through their various life stages such as mensturation, fertility, post natal, perimenopause and menopause. Mood swings, heavy or painful periods, low libido, unexplained weight changes, skin breakouts, sleep issues/insomnia, fertility issues, headaches, don’t have to be your normal and can be areas we work on together.
As I am a registered member of The Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI), consultations with myself are approved by Irish Life Health and can be partially reclaimed as part of selected plans.
