My interest in nutrition began whilst searching for answers to my own health issues.  I can vouch for the positive effect of nutritional therapy in alleviating chronic health issues.  It is for that reason I decided to train as a Nutritional Therapist as I am passionate about helping others who may need help where other methods have failed. I graduated with distinction from the Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH) with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy.  I run a private practice in Castleknock, Dublin 15. My areas of specialty include:  Chronic Fatigue/ME, Fibromyalgia, Digestive Issues, Food Intolerances, Diabetes/Insulin Resistance/Imbalanced Blood Sugars & Weight Management.
