Nutrition & Lifestyle Tips for Perimenopause
with Gwen Bastian-Enright, Nutritional Therapist
There is a train of thought that perimenopause is like a second puberty. This is because the key hormones are fluctuating wildly, especially in the earlier years. Perimenopause can start 5-10 years before the average age of menopause of 51. A number of factors affect symptoms, such as gut and liver health, sleep quality and stress levels, and often a multipronged approach is needed to help ease symptoms.
If your female clients are regularly presenting with perimenopause symptoms, and are over 35, then this webinar is for you.
This one and a half hour webinar will go through;
- hormone fluctuations in perimenopause
- the symptoms of perimenopause
- the possible causes and contributing factors of these symptoms
- dietary and lifestyle tips to try and reduce symptoms focusing on 6 key areas: blood sugar balance, liver and gut health, sleep, stress and movement
