Family Nutrition & Lifestyle Guide

Support your family's health

This short course will help you to make smart dietary choices for your family. We explain the importance of the macronutrients – carbs, proteins, fats – and how to choose the best quality foods and combinations to provide your family with nutritious balanced meals. We reveal the importance of an unprocessed diet and practical ways to achieve this – for most of the time at least! We also look at plate portions and foods / ingredients to maximise, and those to limit.

We also cover lifestyle factors, with practical tips to minimise stress and optimise sleep!

The course is accompanied by downloadable handouts, cheat sheets, printable wholefood menu ideas, as well as store cupboard essentials. There’s also a recipe eBook by Maggie with practical and nutritious meals for all the family.

Testimonial

I found this course very informative and easy to understand.  As a mum of 4 I am always searching for ways to give my boys the best nutrition possible within their meals.  I found that the way the course was laid out and the downloadable handouts it has made my knowledge & understanding of nutrition much clearer.  My boys also loved the Eat a Rainbow handout that we now have stuck to the fridge & they often refer to it & try to replicate it on their plates!
