Rich in magnesium, potassium, B vitamins, zinc, good fats and numerous antioxidants, the whole family will enjoy and can be ready in under five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml can coconut milk (I used Chaokoh)
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1/2 – 1 scoop of your favourite super greens
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Ice (optional)
  • Water to adjust consistency (filtered or mineral, preferably)
