This advanced-level training programme is designed to change that.

Format

  • 8 weekly, 2-hour live group coaching & mentoring sessions via Zoom – Interactive, small-group calls combining teaching, live coaching, and tailored feedback to keep you progressing every week.
  •  Small group format (maximum 12 participants) – Ensures high interaction, personalised feedback, and the opportunity to learn from others’ experiences.
  •  Between-session lessons and challenges – Practical tools, guided exercises, and clear action steps to help you apply what you’ve learned and build momentum week by week.

About Shane Pearson – Programme Leader & Mentor

Shane Pearson is an award winning ICF Certified Coach and Certified Nutritional Therapist with nearly two decades of experience in coaching and facilitating positive, lasting change.

 

A recognised thought leader in behavioural change, Shane has helped many health and wellness practitioners — including Nutritional Therapists and Nutrition & Health Coaches — to grow successful, sustainable businesses. Known for combining clear, practical strategies with empowering personal support, he helps practitioners gain the clarity, confidence, and structure they need to thrive.

 

Alongside his private coaching and mentoring work, Shane delivers high-impact workshops, masterclasses, and training programmes for organisations such as the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), where his sessions consistently receive outstanding feedback.

Week 3 - KNOW THY CLIENT - 4th February 7:00-9:00pm

  • Get clear on your ideal client’s current struggles, desires, and motivations.
  • Learn how to speak directly to them in language they understand.
  • Begin building your ideal client profile for future marketing and offer creation.

Week 4 - Identify your unique methodology - 11th February 7:00-9:00pm

  • Define your personal approach to helping clients achieve results.
  • Turn your process into a simple, repeatable framework that inspires confidence.
  • Learn how to position your methodology as a point of difference.

Week 5 – Craft Your Irresistible Offer - 18th February 7:00-9:00pm

  • Design a results-focused package that meets client needs and communicates value clearly.
  • Link your offer to your unique methodology.
  • Ensure your offer solves a problem your clients are motivated to fix.

Week 6 – Present and Price Your Offer with Confidence - 25th february 7:00-9:00pm

  • Choose the right format, duration, and delivery style for your offer.
  • Price confidently based on value and results, not just hours.
  • Position your packages for both impact and profitability.

Week 7 – Marketing Mindset & Strategy - 4th March 7:00-9:00pm

  • Identify the marketing activities that suit your style and connect with your ideal clients.
  • Learn how to create consistent visibility without burnout.
  • Understand how to turn interest into conversations.

Week 8 – Selling Without Selling - 11th march 7:00-9:00pm

  • Learn a comfortable, ethical process for enrolling clients.
