Lyda is a Certified Nutritional Therapist (IINH), coach, speaker, and co-owner of CrossFit Solas. She specialises in paleo nutrition, blood sugar regulation, digestive health, and energy balance.

 

Her work supports fitness enthusiasts and athletes through tailored diet analysis, performance-focused nutrition plans, and personalised supplement protocols. Lyda has worked with clients including triathletes, ironmen, CrossFit competitors, rowers, and indoor football players.
