  • 1 medium carrot roughly chopped
  • 1 banana roughly chopped
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 thin slice of ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Udos oil
  • 250 g full fat yoghurt or soy or coconut yoghurt
  • 100 -150 ml water

Blend all ingredients in a strong blender, pour into a glass and enjoy!
