Ingredients

  • 200 g soft butter
  • tbsp Udo’s choice oil
  • 2 tsp garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped

Instructions

  • Gently mix butter, Udo’s Choice oil, garlic and rosemary in a bowl and cream until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture onto parchment and roll smoothly into a sausage shape. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate or freeze.
