Thai cuisine embraces some of the world’s most vibrant and interesting dishes, with their delicate balance of flavours and fresh, wholesome ingredients.

This two-hour class takes you on an exotic culinary journey where you’ll learn to prepare wonderful, authentic Thai dishes. Those who attended Taste of Thailand 1 will be inspired again with this new selection of recipes to continue your love affair of this wonderful cuisine. And for newbies to Thai cooking – you won’t be disappointed!

There is some work involved in Thai cooking, but I guarantee this class will help you beat your local Thai restaurant hands down (unless it’s a Michelin star)!

Course Style and Content

  • This class is presented in a relaxed, informal style, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.

What you get on the evening:

Learn to:

  • prepare your own homemade Thai curry paste and a beautiful chicken curry

  • make a vibrant Thai noodle salad and a modern twist on potato and beetroot salad

  • make Thai fried eggy rice, using wholemeal black venus rice

  • create the most delectable char-grilled satay

  • And finely, a bit on the side: sweet potato wedges with Thai basil & chilli yoghurt

  • All recipes demonstrated, as well as how to tweak them in case of food intolerances.
