Bacon and Cabbage Frittata paint

This gorgeous glass of sunshine  is a powerhouse of goodness. Packed with vitamins and anti-inflammatory goodies everybody will enjoy and it is ready in five minutes. Smoothie are a great way to enjoy an abundant intake of fruit and vegetables. Blending instead of juicing ensures that all nutrients and fibre remain preserved.

  • 1 small golden beetroot, diced small (raw x 100 grams)
  • 1 medium carrot, diced small (100 grams)
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 250 ml water
