Nutritional Therapy Clinic

Health Courses IrelandHealth problems, persistent weight issues and low energy are often caused by a poor diet. But as we all differ in our needs - ‘one man’s meat is another’s poison’ - it can be hard to know which foods suit us best and which to avoid.

Our clinic in Bray - Ireland’s first dedicated Nutritional Therapy Clinic - is staffed by our fully qualified and experienced graduates. At the initial appointment, the nutritional therapist first completes a detailed health, diet and lifestyle questionnaire that will help identify any problem foods and nutritional weaknesses in the person’s diet. They then formulate dietary and lifestyle recommendations based on the presenting condition and nutritional needs, while taking into account the client’s situation, food preferences and motivation level, among other factors. By the first or second follow-up consultation, most people are already noticing clear improvements and are well on the way to restoring their health and vitality.
