PROGESTERONE THERAPY AND FERTILITY TALK
Dr David Smallbone will outline the importance of proper nutrition pre-conception and what is required.
The pitfalls of poor lifestyle will be defined and what changes to make to improve it. Included in this will be what materials that are being ingested, should be avoided. Following this will be an outline of the hormonal changes that are occurring during the process of pregnancy and the potential problems that can arise. An outline of the changing nutritional requirements through pregnancy will then be considered. Finally, the changes that occur, in the mother and the foetus, leading to delivery.
